Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using BOS 360 ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by WebcraftStudio, registered in Dubai, UAE.

2. Description of the Service

BOS 360 is a business management platform that provides tools for client management, project tracking, invoicing, email, calendar, notes, mindmaps, messaging, file storage, and newsletters. The Service is available as a web application and desktop application (Mac, Windows).

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Organizations and Teams

BOS 360 uses an organization model. When you create or join an organization, the organization owner/admin controls access, roles, and permissions for all members. Data within an organization is shared among authorized members according to their assigned roles.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (e.g., Google). When you do:

  • You authorize BOS 360 to access the specific data scopes you approve
  • You can revoke access at any time from within BOS 360 or the third-party provider
  • We are not responsible for the availability or changes to third-party APIs
  • Your use of third-party services is also subject to their respective terms

6. Email and Newsletter Features

  • You are solely responsible for the content of emails and newsletters you send through the Service
  • You must comply with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) when sending newsletters
  • You must honor unsubscribe requests promptly
  • You must not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email
  • We reserve the right to suspend email features if abuse is detected

7. Data Ownership and File Storage

  • You retain full ownership of all data you create or upload to the Service
  • We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service
  • Your files and documents are stored on your own cloud provider (e.g., Google Drive) — we do not host your files except for company logos used in invoicing
  • You can export or delete your data at any time

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malware
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API rate limits
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the email features for spam, phishing, or fraud

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Convex, Google, etc.).

10. Plans and Billing

  • The Service offers free and paid plans with different feature limits
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

11. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time from the settings page
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain
  • You may request a data export before account deletion

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOS 360 and WebcraftStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebcraftStudio from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
